Review article

The article deals with the issues of ensuring the completion of investment construction projects in accordance with the planned time limit terms. It is proposed to extend the application of the schedule timeliness index and the schedule progress index for assessing of the timeliness of the project key milestone achievement. Application of the trend analysis method through the study of the trend nature of the schedule timeliness index is considered. A possibility of obtaining management information to improve the efficiency of project management is shown. The results obtained can be extended to the schedule progress index.
