Concerning the shear stress for bent elastic rod with variable cross-section

Annotation: 

The calculation of shear stress in a bent thin-walled conical tube using the two-term formula of the technical theory of bending leads to an incorrect result, so the formula itself needs to be corrected. The proposed article forms the theory of shear stresses for a rod of variable cross-section anew, considering the rod as a set of fibers inclined to the axis. As a result we have new formulas for two shear stress components.
