Review article

The article considers the role and influence of construction sector in the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. Based on the data of the state and development of construction, the main problems and tasks in the industry, as well as the problems of entrepreneurship, and the ways of solving these problems are studied. The construction industry is considered as an active sphere of entrepreneurial activity conditioned by the current trends in the development, including the tendency to complicate construction activities, and thus to complicate the tasks of construction management. In this regard, creation of strategic business alliances is regarded as possible.
