The article discusses approaches to the choosing of options for performing work in the field of housing and communal services. In particular, the priority approach, which is based on assessing the state of housing and communal services, is examined in detail. This approach allows more efficient use of available resources, as well as operational monitoring of the state of housing and communal services.
