The article considers the possibility of using lightweight structures when replacing floors in reconstructed buildings. This will reduce the loads on existing structures of walls and foundations, as well as cut the material consumption of the floors. According to the results of the research, the most optimal ratios of the schemes of supporting structures and void formers used in them, depending on the size of the overlapped spans, are proposed.
