The article discusses the results of theoretical developments on the use of monolithic reinforced concrete frames at reconstruction of buildings with significant damage to the load-bearing and enclosing structures. According to the results of the research, design and technological solutions are proposed to restore the performance of severely damaged structures of the outer walls of buildings, preserving their appearance and ensuring further safe operation.
