Annotation: 

As a result of the theoretical analysis of performance of manual and portable pneumatic impact machines as non-equilibrium thermodynamic systems, there have been developed some new designs which completely solve problems of stroke forces and vibration of handles while preserving the weight and the main properties of machines of this type as easy in usage, mobile and inexpensive facilities.
