Политика использования веб-технологий в сфере градостроительного управления в крупнейших городах России

Аннотация: 

Появление веб-технологий создало новые условия для совершенствования градостроительной деятельности муниципальных властей в городах. Исследование посвящено текущему состоянию политики использования веб-технологий в сфере градостроительного управления, принятой в крупнейших городах России, на основе анализа 50 городов и включает рекомендуемые меры, которые необходимо предпринять для улучшения и развития технологических активов. Это веб-сайты городских органов управления, ответственных за вопросы градостроительной политики, и веб-сайты геоинформационных систем (ГИС). Исследование рассматривает два вопроса: насколько эффективно города используют веб-технологии в сфере политики градостроительного управления и как в цифровом пространстве коммуницируют органы управления и общество. Предложена методика оценки веб-ресурсов муниципалитетов.
