Review article

The paper offers a technique of assessing technical and operational characteristics of automatic transmissions of public transport buses. On base of the fuzzy sets theory, there is developed a mathematical model of the values of technical and operational characteristics on the statistics of refusals, steering of technical condition and correction of the periods of maintenance operation and repair of automatic transmissions.
