Review article

The problems related to the organizational and legal features of the elaboration of integrated development programs in St. Petersburg are considered. The analysis results of regulatory requirements for integrated development programs are presented, the most important elements of integrated development programs are highlighted reflecting the features of their formation. Problems related to the specifics of developing integrated development programs in St. Petersburg are identified. Based on the results of the study, a sequence of interactions of the executive bodies of the state power for the implementation of the coordination function in the development of integrated development programs is formulated.
