Review article

The paper considers the main trends in the use of Ai in many areas of construction industry. Currently, the main application areas are algorithms for managing large volumes of data. The knowledge gained through the Ai can be used for optimizing, improving efficiency or saving money in construction operations. The study of the problem of introducing Ai has made it possible to identify its main characteristics: improvement of forecast data, more accurate determination of machine data or material, rock, or soil parameters, as well as optimization of the construction process. The results of the study open up a new theoretical direction in the study of research problems of optimized construction technologies, methods and strategies, as well as rules and tools for decision-making by evaluating large amounts of data.
