Review article

The article outlines the prerequisites for clarifying the main provisions of the current cluster policy in Russia. The process of creating innovative economic units of the regional economy of Russia is considered. The author studies the aim of this policy, which is the process of formation of economic stability, monitoring of the country's economic growth. The article emphasizes the role of the investor at the formation of innovative economic units (cluster), excessive interference of state entities at the formation of public interest in the framework of economic relations. The influence of the technological factor on the formation of the cluster arrangement of the country's economy on the example of the application of innovative building metal structures is revealed.
