Review article

The paper presents a solution of the problem of eccentrically compressed symmetrically reinforced concrete rectangular cross-section bar through using the theory of non-linear creep of concrete previously proposed by the author. The analysis of stresses` redistribution in the bar cross-section in the process of non-linear creep is made.
