Annotation: 

The problem of free bending oscillations of thin-walled underground gas pipeline taking into account the influence of the soil is solved. There is obtained the frequency characteristic equation that allows determining the influence of such geometric characteristics as the ratio of wall thickness and the length of the median surface radius, longitudinal force, internal pressure, the attached ground mass, on the frequency spectrum for the shell shaped oscillations.
