The paper considers the advantages of using liquid intermediate high-temperature heat carriers for contact thermal treatment of reinforced concrete products in battery mold facilities in comparison with water vapor treatment. Parameters of circulation of the liquid heat carrier of 19T compressor oil in slit-type channels of thermal control panels of battery molds at manufacture of concrete parts of different thickness are determined. Rational temperatures of the heat carrier and its heat emission coefficient are set. Results of research of heating kinetics of plane panels 120, 140 and 160 mm thick are given. Recommendations for setting the intervals of the heat carrier circulation in the period of isothermal exposure and assigning the modes of thermal treatment of concrete parts are given. The system of automatic control of thermal treatment process of products with liquid heat carriers based on using semiconductor time gauge is offered for using.
