Review article

The article considers some modern technologies used at reconstruction of buildings and structures. At reconstruction of residential buildings with pitched roofs, replacing or repairing the roof, the technology of building a metal pitched roof insulated with thermo-panels is efficient. The fastening of these panels to rafters is done by means of the dowel system. To improve the physical and technological properties of building mixtures, the technology of preparing a mixture on the pre-treated tempering water with the electric field of soluble electrodes is applied. During the reconstruction and repair of the enclosing structures of industrial buildings in the extremely constrained conditions of the existing industry, the technology of dismantling and installation of wall panels without using cranes is effective [1-16].
