The article deals with the problems and trends of entrepreneurship development in the field of housing and communal services. The author presents the results of analysis of statistical data on the cost of housing and communal services, the revenues of management companies, the average monthly wage. Some trends related to the solvency of the population and the dynamics of growth in prices for housing and communal services are identified.
