Review article

The article considers the supply chains management as a driver for the entrepreneurial structure development. This provides for an appropriate logistics strategy supporting the general strategy of the business structure competitiveness. Conceptual framework supporting the business development strategy for this driver is highlighted. Some options of logistics strategy regarding for various different directions of business structure development are proposed and the methods applied at different stages of the business strategy formation and logistics strategy formation are considered.
