Review article

The article presents the results of study aimed at considering the foreign experience of developing the territories with unique natural and climatic conditions and untouched natural landscape, suitable for creating balneological treatment centers. Basing on these results, some solutions are proposed to the problems of preservation of natural complexes of the Altai Mountain through application of the methods of urban planning.
