The article presents the results of research aimed at solving the task of re-creating the space-and-planning design of lost country estates within the structure of modern settlements, which has been done on the example of the lost manor ensemble built for the landowner V. Obukhov in Kuralovo village, Verkhneuslonsky district, Tatarstan. For solving the set problem, a well-known methodology of computer simulation of small town-planning and architectural ensembles is offered with the use of aerial photographs and graphic computer editors. The data obtained allowed to identify the building footprint of country estate complex development, as well as the features of the water resources and landscape usage in the estate economy organization.
