The paper presents the results of comprehensive assessment of the state of the regional water consumption state (RWCS) in Yugra, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Region, in the period from 2013 to 2022. Based on the “Driving forces-pressure-state-influence-response” model, methods for weighing the information entropy of indicators and a taxonomic indicator, a comprehensive indicator of the RWCS was calculated. The values of the “pressure”, “state” and “response” components have the greatest influence on the RWCS. The state of the RWCS from 2013 to 2018 deteriorated from “good” to “below average”, but since 2019 the situation has stabilized with a slight increase in the values of the comprehensive indicator of the state of the system in question.
