Annotation:
The article reveals the main schemes of financing investment and construction projects, taking into account their features. The main alterations in the regulatory documents, which entail considerable changes in the field of housing construction, are analyzed. The result of the study is identification of positive aspects and negative consequences for the participants of the investment and construction process.
