Review article

The paper presents the analysis results of the state of the primary and secondary markets of residential real estate in Saint-Petersburg in the period from 2008 to 2015. The impact of the economic crises of 2008 and 2014 on the development of the primary real estate market is identified. The rating of developers leading in Saint-Petersburg on the volume of housing commissioned is compiled. Factors influencing the decrease in housing commissioning volume and its cost increase on the primary and secondary markets of residential real estate are revealed.
