Review article

This paper analyzes the content of the normative documents determining the technosphere loads on buildings and structures not accounted for in the design. Examples of the limitations of such loads, without considering the frequency range of their action, are submitted. The authors make a conclusion that such approach is unacceptable. It is proposed to amend the regulatory requirements by taking into account the oscillation frequencies of buildings and their structures.
