The article presents a substantiation of the possibility of using micro-oscillations for verification of design models, although buildings and facilities themselves are damped systems. The obtained results were analyzed and compared with the data from the modal analysis of the finite-element model of the building compiled with the use of the ANSYS software complex. After elaborating the strength characteristics of the model elements, there was obtained a satisfactory matching of the measured and theoretical values of the dynamic parameters. This indicates the adequacy of the design model and confirms a possibility of using it for reliable forecasting of the consequences resulting from the action of emergency loads (including seismic ones) on the building.
