Review article

The paper discusses the major challenges of complex territory development projects (CTD). The opportunities of improving the efficiency of CTD are determined basing on urban complexes allocation. The authors propose to carry out the organization of CDT development based on the integration of calendar planning of urban complexes at the stages of the construction organization project and the production of works project.
