Review article

Basing on the analysis of energy passports, there has been obtained the ratio of specific characteristics taking into account the energy consumption value for heating and ventilation of residential buildings. The authors provide numerical assessment of the impact of methodological inaccuracies in the measurement of heat transfer resistance of heterogeneous building envelope. The reasons for the incorrect estimation of the thermal protection indices of the building are identified.
