Review article

The paper deals with the issue of changes taking place at present in the process of reforming the budgeted pricing and rate fixing system. The authors present in-depth information regarding the reform. Various points of view are considered in relation to the currently taking place changes, newly published pricing documents are analyzed. Based on the analysis, the authors make conclusions regarding the influence of the reform on the further formation of construction products` cost.
