Review article

The article highlights the features of entrepreneurial structures of the investment-construction field and the main trends existing at the present stage of economic development. There has been carried out a practical evaluation of entrepreneurial structures with subsequent ranking depending on the value of integral indicator of competitiveness, determined taking into account the integral factors of operational efficiency, strategic positioning and coefficients that characterize the innovation potential. Critical factors playing a key role in reducing the competitiveness of these structures in relation to potentially achievable values are identified.
