The article highlights the essence of the notion of the residential development complexity dimension. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the major projects of integrated residential development in Saint-Petersburg are submitted. The hypotheses concerning the general situation in the sphere of housing and civil construction activities for integrated and sustainable development of territories are put forward.
