Review article

The article defines basic principles of organizing the interaction of public authorities and developers at the construction of social infrastructure objects in the areas of mass housing development. The author analyzes the problems arising in the construction of such objects at the expense of the developer, formulates possible solutions to these problems, and makes conclusions about the possibility of further improvement of interaction of public authorities and developers on this issue.
