Review article

The article examines some features of using modern technologies for arrangement of pile foundations within the constrained environment conditions of urban area with presence of non-uniform soft, water-saturated soils in geological cross sections. The article conclusion includes criteria allowing preliminary determination of different pile driving methods with application of different machinery complexes for specific work sites, as well as substantiation of cost of works. The values were obtained on the base of technical and economic indicators received after the analysis of the real construction experience.
