Review article

The paper presents the analysis results of the construction industry significance in the indicators of the country's economic growth. The main problems associated with the negative state of the construction industry are considered. The authors propose using mechanisms of information modeling technology at all the stages of the project life cycle. Particular attention is paid to organizational and technological modeling at the design and construction stages using information technology.
