Review article

A variety of views in regard of reforming the management system of housing stock operation as well as the features of pricing formation on the production (services) of the enterprises of this branch providing the increasing of power efficiency, testify the relevance, importance and urgency of the studied problem. The purpose of the author’s search is development of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for resource-saving, which would allow increasing the management efficiency of housing stock operation in the conditions of unstable economy.
