Annotation: 

The article discusses the processes of digital technologies diffusion in the construction industry and assesses the consequences of using these technologies in the employment sphere. On the basis of real statistical data, the dynamics of changes in the number of different groups of professions is shown and a model for assessing the processes of certain professions becoming obsolete due to the wide digitalization of technological processes is offered. Description of the prospects for using digital technologies in the construction industry is presented.
