Review article

The article analyzes the territory zoning according to different characteristics of slope shift processes on the results of geodetic, geological, hydrometeorological, environmental and geotechnical surveys. Measures that should be taken for the engineering protection of territories of the slope processes and the substantiation of these measures with the help of numerical simulation software are recommended.
