The article presents the results of estimation of decoupling states of economic system influence of the Tyumen region based on the values of its elasticity coefficients calculated using the iPAT model and LDMi method on the data characterizing the ecological and economic development of this region in the period from 2013 to 2022. it has been found that the decoupling state of the influence of the economic system is observed in more than 55 % of the two-year time sub-intervals of the specified time period. Of all the factors in the iPAT model, the factor of technology development in the region's economy has the most significant impact on decoupling states, while the influence of other factors, such as the welfare of the region's population and its size, is less significant.
