The article considers the main constant and variable factors affecting the performance of the stress-strain state of a stress-laminated timber deck (SLTD) subjected to bending. There has been done a complex experiment planning. An experimental determination of the relationship between the torque and tensile effort in a screw rod is described. The results of the complex experiment for determining the deflections of the SLTD caused by the concentrated force applied in the center of the plate are presented. The mathematical model of the process is obtained in the form of a regression equation and the adequacy of the obtained model is proved. The prerequisites for creation of controlled structures with a regulated stress-strain state based on the SLTD are submitted.
