Annotation:
The article considers an approach to transforming the business processes of a construction enterprise, taking into account the complementarity of the proposed changes. A step-by-step methodology for choosing digital tools for the implementation of measures for the digital transformation of a construction organization is proposed. This methodology is based on the use of tools of the state transition matrix, which takes into account the factors hindering the development of the enterprise and targeted transformations.
