Review article

The article presents an overview of the existinginstruments for financing investment projects in thefield of water supply. The essence and features of theimplementation of various budgetary, debt and otherfinancing instruments are analyzed. The availability of toolsfor individual enterprises in the water supply industry isassessed, as well as the possibility of financing projects inthe water supply sector using mechanisms that have notyet been developed in the industry. Taking into accountcurrent volumes of financing of projects on constructionand reconstruction of water supply facilities, conclusionsabout positive changes in the sector are made; it is notedthat the system of affordable financing schemes created bythe state is dynamically developing.
