Review article

The paper considers the main directions of the reform which is being implemented by the Ministry of Construction of Russia in the sphere of the pricing system in construction. The actual problems hindering timely realization of plans and achievement of the goals of reform are defined. A possible variant of trial implementation of new system of pricing is offered.
