The paper presents a forecast of gas motor fuel market development in Saint-Petersburg. On the basis of data on the composition of gas-fuel vehicles and the averaged daily runs there has been done an estimation of the minimum and maximum volume of natural-gas-based motor fuel (NGBMF). To assess the general development trend the author presents a regression model of daily consumption by gas-fuel vehicles (GFV).
