Annotation:

The operation of multi-apartment buildings with a warm attic has revealed a number of problems associated with both the effectiveness of natural ventilation and the humidity conditions of the outer walls of the warm attic. The article presents the results of a field survey of the heat-humidity regime of the warm attic and the thermal and physical characteristics of the operated external wall.
