Review article

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of the impact of the construction transition to project financing with due account of the company`s competitiveness in this field. On the one hand, this measure is beneficial to consumers and helps protect their interests. On the other hand, there is a danger of further monopolization of the construction market, toughening of competition between developers for receiving the project financing of banks. This leads to the need for developers to pay attention to their financial stability, increase the efficiency of their activities and create their competitive potential on this basis.
