At the construction of public and residential buildings, prefabricated monolithic building systems consisting of columns and floors were widely used. According to the scale proposed by the authors, physical wear of such building structures, in particular, of reinforced concrete columns, is in most cases 15-25 %. Such wear is not a limiting condition, but to prevent its progression, it is proposed not only to restore the column by cementation, but to cover the edges of the concrete column with carbon-base binder, which not only strengthens the column, but also protects it from natural impact. The authors have developed a normal of the process for the new technology.
