Review article

The paper discusses a method of dehydration and disposal of sludge from water treatment plants using sludge collectors. It is shown that sludge collectors not only receive and process sludge, but can also be used as preliminary settlers for clarification of muddy waters and accumulating (spare) capacity in the water treatment chain of industrial enterprises.
