Review article

This article deals with the method of solving private tasks of road traffic accident examination for accidents with the car rolls over and the use of injury risk assessment in these tasks. The calculation method is based on the results of the analysis of the CDS (Crashworthiness Data System, which is an emergency safety data system) and FARS (Fatality Analysis Reporting System, which is a reporting system for the analysis of road deaths) databases. A new dependence of the change of the basic risk component on the static coefficient of transverse stability in comparison with the known foreign analogues is given.
