Review article

In this article, the authors systematize and summarize the experience of implementing the state and non-state expertise of design estimate documentation (DED) with the specifics of this procedure depending on various parameters and conditions. Modern legislation regulating the activity and status of expert organizations in the conditions of the regulatory and technical environment of the construction complex of the Russian Federation is presented. This study can be useful to the staff of project departments, project managers (chief project engineers), developers of investment and construction projects in order to optimize the work at the stage of passing the Design Projects’ examination and the operative transfer of the project to the actual implementation stage (construction and installation works).
