Review article

The purpose of the study is to develop an organizational and economic mechanism (OEM) to improve the efficiency of implementing investment and construction projects (ICP) by improving construction control (CC). The author’s proposal is based on the experience of Russian scientists and researchers in this field, as well as on the own previously published works. The proposed OEM includes a centralized information platform to simplify the interaction between project participants, ensure transparency, and formalize the processes. In the future, it is necessary to assess the impact of this tool on the financial and economic indicators of the developer.
