Annotation:
The article is devoted to the practical calculation of the bent elements strength made on the basis of a nonlinear deformation model, taking into account the experimental deformation diagrams of materials.In the proposed calculation, the relative deformations are determined according to the maximum curvature of the element. The maximum curvature of the element is calculated by two iterative methods. Basic calculation formulas, original block diagrams of the methods and a comparison analysis of the calculated parameters based on the results of practical calculations performed on the example of a standard crossbar are presented.
